Descriptions and remarks

Diagnosis.—Nature of penetration of shell as in previous ichnospecies, but comprising two small holes close together in the impacted shell surface, with one hole usually being smaller. These holes sufficiently close so that spalls beneath the impact points are combined, forming one shallow, jagged depression in opposite surface.
